• Registration data from the Registration Form, Contact, Exercises, Assessments. When you register on the ConvaTec platform , you provide us with information such as your name, surname, CPF (ID) registration number, company, email, in addition to other data provided when using the ConvaTec platform .
1.2. Information generated when you use ConvaTec platform .
We collect the following generated information:
• Usage data. We collect information about your interactions on the ConvaTec platform , such as your browsing, the pages or other content you access or create, your searches, participation in surveys or forums, and other actions.
• Communications with ConvaTec platform . When you communicate with other users, we collect information about your communication, including metadata such as the date, IP and time of the communications and all of your content, as well as any information you choose to provide.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
It doesn’t hurt to remember, we value your privacy very much. Therefore, all data and information about you are treated as confidential, and we will only use them for the purposes described and authorized by you, mainly so that you can fully use the ConvaTec platform , always aiming to improve your user experience.

7. APPLICABLE LAW
This document is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The Judicial District of São Paulo, São Paulo, is elected as the competent to resolve any issues arising from this document, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
